RENTAL & FOOTAGE TERMS
1. EQUIPMENT USE & CUSTODY
The customer agrees to collect the camera unit (GoPro / DJI Osmo hardware asset) at Pitlane Counter 2 at Pune Kartdrome, operate the kart safely, and return the camera immediately upon conclusion of the booked session.
2. CLOUD RETENTION POLICY
Video recordings are automatically uploaded to Google Drive following ingestion. All customer video assets are guaranteed to be retained for a duration of fourteen (14) calendar days. Customers are advised to download their high-resolution footage before the retention window lapses.
3. WEATHER & TRACK INTERRUPTIONS
In the event that a race session is suspended by track marshals due to rain, technical track maintenance, or red-flag conditions, the camera booking will be rescheduled to the next mutually agreeable slot.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
The customer maintains full ownership of all personal video footage captured during their rental session. KARTCAM will not publish, broadcast, or commercialize customer recordings without explicit written authorization.
